Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to manage the patient flow in the clinic and support providers in delivering care. You will collaborate with the Clinic Supervisor, Clinic Manager and health care team to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction.

The role requires MA training or RMA certification, BLS, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. On-site, with full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program accredited by a recognized accrediting organization with on-the-job experience and training OR
• Graduate of a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) program with on-the-job experience and training and passing the RMA certification exam.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow throughout the clinic and assist providers in patient care.
• Collaborate with Clinic Supervisor, Clinic Manager and Providers to meet goals.
• Coordinate with health care team; communicate progress, concerns, questions, or problems.
