Job summary

Hanger Clinic is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead clinical operations at our US-TX Spring location. You will oversee practitioners, technicians, and staff, ensuring financial and clinical goals are met while maintaining high patient care standards.

The role requires ABC/BOC credentials or Board eligibility, multi-year leadership experience, and strong familiarity with billing, compliance, and documentation. This hands-on leadership position emphasizes teamwork and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Current board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics (ABC or BOC)
• Bachelor degree in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics or equivalent with ABC Board-Eligibility
• Valid driver’s license and driving record per policy
• Licensure as required by state regulations
• Five years’ direct patient care experience in Orthotics/Prosthetics
• Two to four years supervisory experience preferred
• Two to four years 3rd party billing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic operations to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Maintain quality assurance and patient satisfaction across services.
• Coordinate sales and marketing to grow referral networks and revenue.
• Oversee practice expenses and material usage to meet budgets.
• Ensure OSHA and safety regulations are followed.
• Ensure compliance with policy and professional ethics.
• Provide resources and mentorship to staff to achieve performance targets.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Deliver direct patient care in Orthotics/Prosthetics when appropriate.
