Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs for prosthetic services, managing a clinical team, and ensuring quality of care. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in prosthetic and orthotic practices, certification by ABC or BOC, and strong leadership skills. Qualifications

• 5-7 years of direct patient care experience as a Board-Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist.
• Minimum of 2 years in a lead or supervisory role in healthcare.
• Valid driver’s license with no limitations.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical operations and teams at the patient care facility.
• Collaborate with clinicians to evaluate patient needs.
• Train technicians and residents appropriately.
