Responsibilities include coordinating with purchasing and operations, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records. A clinical background and supply chain experience are preferred, with strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory levels across locations.
• Oversee procurement of supplies to meet demand.
• Manage storage and labeling of clinical and non-clinical materials.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production and operations teams.
• Ensure materials meet quality standards and inspections on receipt.
• Develop and manage the supply budget.
• Maintain records of inventory, orders and usage.
• Identify and implement process improvements to cut costs.
• Ensure regulatory, safety and environmental compliance.
