Park Nicollet Clinic seeks an Inventory Specialist to manage inventory and distribution across supply chain locations, ensuring efficient department operations and productive workflow.

Two years in medical supply chain or related experience is required; proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Lawson ERP, plus strong communication and organizational skills, are essential for maintaining PAR levels and coordinating with Nursing, Purchasing, and Value Analysis teams.

Formación

• Minimum two years' experience in medical supply chain and/or two years' experience/knowledge of products and/or processes related to supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Inventory setup for clinic departments, including taking physical inventory and identifying obsolete items.
• Set PAR levels and create labels and Kanban cards; establish cart and storage areas.
• Deliver supplies to hospital departments and ensure proper stocking across Park Nicollet clinics.
• Coordinate with nursing units, Purchasing, and Value Analysis to manage stock and substitutions.
• Prepare progress reports on hospital financial savings and inventory performance.
