Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in supply chain, inventory management principles, receiving, and distribution.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Pharmacy Assistant Certification required, to be obtained and paid for by Vancouver Clinic.

Responsabilités

• Directly supervise Supply Chain Implementation Coordinators and Site Clerks, providing guidance and performance management.
• Establish daily and ongoing priorities for clinic inventory maintenance and replenishment activities.
• Ensure consistent execution of standard work by Site Clerks for scanning, replenishment requests, and expiration checks.
• Lead product standardization initiatives across clinic locations with Supply Chain leadership.
• Execute SKU rationalization and cost-reduction initiatives, removing low-value products.
• Partner with Inventory Control and Warehouse teams to address expiration risk and ensure timely resolution of expired inventory.
• Oversee planning and execution of clinic implementations led by Implementation Coordinators, ensuring timelines and outcomes.
• Build relationships with clinic leadership to support adoption and sustainment of processes.
