Job summary

Massage Envy in Charlotte welcomes a front-line team member to deliver exceptional customer service and make clients feel valued and understood. You will promote Total Body Care, educate clients on new services, and encourage homecare retail purchases based on provider recommendations.

You will help manage the clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls and emails, and growing a loyal local client base through friendly outreach.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent and retail or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent math and computer skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on Massage Envy services and promote the Wellness Program.
• Book appointments, upsell services, and encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients and answering calls/emails.
