PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front office operations at our clinic. The role emphasizes staff performance, front-end engagement, and alignment with our mission and values.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish with strong communication, organization, and familiarity with medical reimbursement processes. High School diploma or GED required, with proficiency in Word/Excel and a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• High School diploma or GED required; diploma submission may be requested.
• Typing 45 wpm preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills with ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Proficiency with Windows-based apps including Word/Excel.
• Good customer service and understanding of medical reimbursement and bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front office operations for the clinic.
• Coach and monitor front office staff performance and coverage, including PTO.
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager and Senior Clinic Manager.
• Open requisitions, interview and hire PSCs to staff the clinic.
• Ensure front office contributes to clinic volume and customer service standards.
