Allegro Pediatrics is seeking a Patient Services Representative to serve as the first point of contact for patients and families. This role handles scheduling, check-in/out, and insurance verification in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities include processing forms, assisting multiple clinics, and maintaining confidentiality. Full-time with four 10-hour shifts; vaccination requirements and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Proficient in computer navigation and multiple software programs.

• Willing to travel to all Allegro Pediatrics clinics as staffing changes.
• Must be 18 years or older; pre-employment checks and vaccines may apply.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule appointments using the Practice Management system.
• Verify demographics and check patients in/out in clinic.
• Troubleshoot appointment or account questions.
• Maintain knowledge of scheduling policies to assist families.
• Verify and scan insurance and required consent forms.
• Collect co-pays and post to accounts.
• Support front office, medical records, and back office as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and follow all workflow changes.
• Keep up with company email and Teams communications.
