Job summary

ConvenientMD in Maine is seeking a Medical Receptionist to be the first face patients see when entering a clinic. You will greet patients, register new and existing records, collect payments, and help ensure patients are seen promptly whether or not they have reservations.

You will work alongside clinicians and support staff across locations, learn CMD software, coordinate with the Employer Services team, manage online and walk-in reservations, and maintain an organized, welcoming front desk

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proactive and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, register patients, update records, and collect payments.
• Handle insurance and billing inquiries and assist with scheduling referrals.
• Answer phones and keep the front desk organized; support clinic operations.
