Job Description
Applicants must be enrolled students at Antioch University living in the United States. This front desk role at the Antioch Community Counseling and Psychology Clinic begins in the Summer '25 quarter, with training to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
- Monitor clinic voicemail and email.
- Call clients to take payments via phone.
- Answer or refer inquiries to appropriate staff.
- Process intake via phone or email of new clients, including scheduling appointments.
- Maintain client accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Protect client rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Assist student therapists with clinic procedures.
- Complete other projects assigned by the clinic coordinator.
Qualifications
- Prior administrative and customer‑service experience preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills.
