You will coordinate nursing and support staff, manage shift coverage, and enforce scheduling protocols in a fast-paced primary care setting. Responsibilities include monitoring patient check-ins, addressing concerns, training new staff, and maintaining HIPAA and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred in healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare, supervisory/management role preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with EMR systems and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinic floor nursing and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage shift coverage, breaks, and daily staff assignments.
• Monitor patient flow, check-ins, wait times, and appointment scheduling.
• Address patient concerns and coordinate services across departments.
• Ensure compliance with HRSA, Joint Commission, HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Prepare floor operation reports and support onboarding new staff.
