Job summary

• 2+ years of administrative, accounting, or bookkeeping experience; healthcare setting preferred
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable handling administrative and light operational clinic tasks

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain financial records including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries
• Assist with monthly/quarterly financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting
• Process invoices, payments, and deposits; follow up on balances
• Support payroll processing and vendor accounts; provide general admin support
• Assist leadership with office procedures, compliance tasks, and projects
• Coordinate day-to-day clinic workflows and support front desk staff as needed
