Job summary

Wound Centrics seeks an experienced RN Nurse Manager in Lubbock, TX to lead a busy family practice clinic. This leadership role oversees nursing staff, ensures quality patient care, and ensures adherence to clinic policies and workflows. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical leadership and operational oversight.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with full-time hours and a chance to shape patient care and clinic operations in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing
• Experience in family practice/primary care
• Experience in nursing leadership or nurse management

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and daily supervision of nurses, LVNs, medical assistants, and other clinical staff
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, orientation, and competency assessments for new clinical employees
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, productivity, and compliance with clinic expectations
• Assist with clinical audits, documentation reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
• Step in and assist with direct patient care when necessary
