Qualifications

• Active Colorado license (RN/BSN/NREMT-P/NREMT-IV)
• BLS certification
• 2–5 years vascular access/infusion experience
• 2+ years leadership or management experience
• Experience leading sales teams or memberships preferred

Responsibilities

• Own overall clinic performance including revenue, profitability, client experience, and team execution
• Serve as primary point of accountability for all clinic operations
• Set the tone for culture, professionalism, relationship building, and performance standards
• Lead client outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building activities
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in client engagement and business performance
• Oversee clinical quality and staff guidance as needed
• Hire, train, and develop clinic staff
