Job summary

IV Nutrition in Round Rock, TX invites a results-oriented RN Clinic Director to lead clinical excellence, team development, and patient experience at an outpatient wellness location. You’ll own clinic success, drive membership growth, and shape daily operations with integrity and empathy.

You’ll oversee IV therapies, staff coaching, client consults, and performance metrics, while ensuring compliance and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years IV infusion or vascular access experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and ensure adherence to physician orders and protocols.
• Oversee clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, and patient experience.
• Drive memberships, packages, and services with education-focused selling.
• Develop future leaders and mentor staff through coaching and performance reviews.
• Monitor retention metrics and lead outreach to sustain client relationships.
