Job summary

IV Nutrition in Colorado is seeking an Assistant Clinic Director Medical to support safe clinical care and day-to-day clinic operations. Reporting to the Clinic Director and Owner, you will coach staff, ensure compliance, and enhance the client experience through relationship-based care.

You will manage patient interactions, document care in the EMR, and help retain clients through education, attendance, and proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• Current, active Colorado RN license and licensure in good standing.
• Minimum of one year infusion/vascular-access experience.
• Minimum of one year of leadership or management experience.
• Experience with EMR and clinical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; protect client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compliant clinical care within RN scope.
• Create a caring, relationship-based client experience.
• Support active-client management, rebooking, and retention.
• Coach staff to uphold IV Nutrition standards and culture.
• Assist in clinic operations, documentation, and issue resolution.
