Job summary

IV Nutrition in Colorado Fort Collins seeks an Assistant Clinic Director Medical to support safe clinical care and day-to-day clinic operations under the Clinic Director. This role blends clinical leadership with hands-on RN duties and staff development to enhance patient experiences.

You will coach staff, oversee documentation, ensure compliance, and foster a compassionate, efficient clinic environment focused on client wellness and lasting relationships between clients and IV Nutrition.

Qualifications

• Current, active Colorado Registered Nurse license, NREMT-P, NREMT-IV in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of vascular-access or infusion experience.
• Minimum of one year of leadership or management experience.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records, Microsoft Office or equivalent, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical-practice functions.
• Ability to complete required IV Nutrition clinical, client-service, leadership, privacy, safety, and compliance training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to protect client confidentiality.

• Deliver safe, compliant clinical care within the registered nurse scope of practice.
• Create a caring, relationship-based client experience that helps people feel supported in reaching their wellness goals.
• Coach and hold team members accountable to IV Nutrition clinical, client-care, and cultural standards.
• Support efficient clinic flow, appropriate staffing coverage, room readiness, supplies, and operational follow-through.
• Protect client confidentiality and comply with IV Nutrition policies, professional standards, documentation requirements, and all applicable laws and regulations.
