Job summary

IV Nutrition seeks a Clinic Director to lead our Colorado clinic, drive patient-centered outcomes, and grow business through memberships and wellness programs. You will mentor a high-performing team, nurture meaningful client relationships, and uphold clinical quality and operational excellence to support proactive health journeys.

As the clinic leader, you will own revenue, client experience, and team development while partnering with corporate on growth initiatives and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Colorado license (RN/BSN/NREMT-P/NREMT-IV) required; active status.
• BLS certification current.
• 2–5 years vascular access/infusion experience.
• ≥2 years leadership/management experience.
• Experience leading sales, retention, or memberships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own overall clinic performance including revenue, profitability, client experience, and team execution.
• Lead a relationship-based culture centered on client wellness goals.
• Coach team on client consultations, education, service recommendations, and rebooking.
• Ensure safe administration of IV therapies and regulatory compliance.
• Hire, train, and develop clinic staff; set performance expectations.
• Achieve growth through memberships, packages, and community outreach.
