Job summary

IV Nutrition is seeking a Clinic Director in Addison, TX to lead our team, own clinic performance, and elevate the client experience through proactive wellness services.

You will build a relationship-focused culture, mentor staff, ensure safe IV therapies, and drive growth through memberships and tailored services while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role with accountability for results.

Qualifications

• RN license and BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2–5 years in vascular access or infusion.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience leading sales teams, client retention programs, or memberships is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own overall clinic performance including revenue, client experience, and team execution.
• Lead operations, scheduling, staffing, and workflow efficiency.
• Develop high-performing teams and coach staff to build client relationships.
• Drive client growth through memberships, services, and retention programs.
• Ensure clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and safe IV therapy administration.
• Partner with HR and leadership on performance management and culture.
