The role emphasizes relationship-based care, coaching, and growth through memberships and services. You will drive patient engagement, ensure compliance, and foster a high-performing team dedicated to outcomes.

Qualifications

• Colorado license (RN/BSN/NREMT-P/NREMT-IV) is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Minimum 2-5 years of vascular access or infusion experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall clinic operations, including revenue, profitability, client experience, and team execution.
• Serve as the primary accountability for clinic operations and adherence to policies.
• Drive client relationships, memberships, and growth initiatives through a relationship-based approach.
• Ensure safe and effective administration of IV therapies and clinical quality across the clinic.
• Hire, train, and develop clinic staff; coach performance and growth.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and workflow to maintain efficient operations.
