Qualifications

• RN license or Paramedic license required or preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Minimum 2–5 years of vascular access or infusion experience
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience
• Experience leading sales teams, client retention programs, or membership-based businesses preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead overall clinic performance including revenue, profitability, client experience, and team execution
• Manage clinic operations as primary accountability owner
• Set culture, professionalism, and performance standards
• Drive client growth through memberships, wellness services, and strong relationships
• Ensure safe administration of IV therapies and clinical quality
• Hire, train, and develop clinic staff; coach for performance
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily operational efficiency
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Support marketing efforts and corporate initiatives
