Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking a Clinic Director to oversee a multidisciplinary team at our Columbia, MD location. You will translate strategy into daily clinic operations, drive quality of care, and spearhead improvements and innovation.

You will lead the Clinical Supervisor and Office Manager, ensure KPI achievement, and maintain a client-centered approach aligned with family engagement and retention. This role requires onsite commitment and ensures regulatory compliance across HHF policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor’s with leadership experience considered.
• Minimum 4 years of operational leadership experience in healthcare or related fields.
• Proven budgets management, performance improvements, and large team leadership.
• Strong emotional intelligence with communication, change management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Analytical, critical thinking and strategic planning capabilities.
• Full commitment to onsite work during designated hours.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Clinic Operations Management to deliver high-quality, outcomes-oriented therapy.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve clinic goals and organizational initiatives.
• Manage workflows, resources, budgets, and KPI attainment.
• Foster leadership and develop the Clinical Supervisor and Office Manager.
• Build a collaborative, accountable team culture with coaching and guidance.
• Champion a client-centered experience aligned with family engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with Regional and Support Center leadership to align with strategic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with HHF policies and regulatory requirements; pursue operational innovation.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
