Helping Hands Family in Maryland seeks a Clinic Director to lead all staff at the Columbia location. You will translate organizational strategy into daily operations, drive quality of care, improvements and innovation, and ensure outcomes meet program goals.

You will oversee clinic operations, manage budgets and KPIs, mentor the Clinical Supervisor and Office Manager, and champion a client‑centered experience for families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in operational leadership roles within healthcare, behavioral health, or related service industries.
• Proven success in managing budgets, driving performance improvements, and leading large, diverse teams.
• High emotional intelligence with excellent communication, change management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Full commitment to working onsite during designated hours.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Clinic Operations Management: Responsible for high quality, outcomes-oriented therapy and running clinic workflows.
• Leadership and Organizational Development: Lead and mentor Clinical Supervisor and Office Manager to meet objectives.
• Client and Family Experience Leadership: Champion client-centered experiences and client retention.
• Organizational Alignment and Strategic Partnerships: Align clinic operations with regional and centralized strategy; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
