Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree with equivalent leadership experience considered.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in operational leadership roles within healthcare or related service industries.
• Proven success in managing budgets, driving performance improvements, and leading large teams.
• High emotional intelligence with excellent communication, change management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Full commitment to working onsite during designated hours.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Clinic Operations Management: deliver high quality, outcomes-oriented therapy for every child / client.
• Develop and execute operational plans to achieve clinic goals and organizational initiatives.
• Manage operational workflows, resource allocation, budget performance, and KPI achievement.
• Foster operational excellence through proactive leadership, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and empower the Clinical Supervisor and Office Manager to achieve objectives.
• Build a collaborative, accountable, high-performing team culture through listening, action planning, coaching, and daily guidance.
• Champion a client-centered experience by aligning operations to support family engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client and operational concerns, ensuring timely resolution and continuous quality improvement.
• Collaborate with Regional and Support Center leadership to align clinic operations with overall business and clinical strategy.
• Ensure compliance with HHF policies and federal and state regulatory requirements while identifying opportunities for operational innovation.
