Job summary

Qualifications

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and ABA.
Experience with children aged 1–4 preferred.
Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience.

Responsibilities

Drive execution of service, quality and growth initiatives; perform comprehensive initial assessments.
Manage day-to-day operations of all services, including staff and client scheduling.
Create and maintain training and onboarding programs for new hires.
Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and support to RBTs and BCBAs on ABA and programming.
Implement curricula and annual reports regarding program effectiveness.
Provide direct services to clients and their parents when appropriate.
Communicate with treatment team regarding programming and scheduling.
Complete annual performance evaluations for BCBAs, BCaBAs, and ABA Supervisors.
Coordinate with administrative teams for staff and payer relationships.
Other duties as assigned.
