Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is actively seeking a Clinic Director BCBA to lead service delivery for children with autism. You will supervise staff and clinicians, drive quality and growth initiatives, and collaborate with families to maximize outcomes in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

The role requires a Master's in Behavior Analysis, Psychology or Education, BCBA certification or LBA licensure, and at least 3 years of BCBA experience.

Qualifications

• Master's in Behavior Analysis, Psychology or Education required.
• BCBA certification and/or LBA licensure.
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or ABA.
• Experience with children ages 1-4 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive key service, quality and growth initiatives; perform comprehensive initial assessments.
• Manage day-to-day operations of all services, including staff and client scheduling.
• Create and maintain training/onboarding programs for new hires.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and support to the RBTs and BCBAs on ABA and programming.
• Implements and prepares the program curricula and annual reports regarding program effectiveness.
• Provide direct services to clients and their parents when appropriate.
• Communicate with treatment team regarding programming and treatment hours.
• Complete annual performance evaluations for all BCBAs, BCaBAs, and ABA Supervisors.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Payroll, Finance, Billing and HR to manage staff/client records and payer relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
