Job summary

Golden Steps ABA in the United States is seeking a Clinic Director BCBA to lead service delivery, drive quality initiatives, and support staff development. You will collaborate with RBTs and BCBA supervisors to ensure ABA programming for children with autism meets the highest standards.

Applicants should have a Master's in Behavior Analysis, psychology, or education, BCBA and LBA credentials, and at least three years of BCBA experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education.
• BCBA certification and LBA license required.
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience and ABA experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of key service, quality and growth initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations of services, including staff and client scheduling.
• Create and maintain training/onboarding programs for new hires.
• Provide ongoing training and support to RBTs and BCBAs on ABA techniques.
• Prepare curricula and annual reports on program effectiveness.
• Provide direct services to clients and communicate with treatment team.
