Job summary

Golden Steps ABA in Mishawaka, Indiana is seeking a Clinic Director BCBA to lead a team committed to ABA excellence. You will manage operations, provide ongoing support to RBTs and BCBAs, and ensure the highest standards of care for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform activities requiring fine and gross motor skills.
• Ability to follow a child throughout the center.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, staff and client scheduling.
• Provide training and support to RBT’s and BCBA’s.
• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments.

Skills

Experience with ABA therapy

Experience with developmental disabilities

Experience with children ages 1-4

Education

Master's in Behavior Analysis, Psychology or Education
