The ideal candidate has a Master's in Behavior Analysis or related field, along with BCBA and LBA certifications. Experience supporting children ages 1-4 and a collaborative spirit are essential for success in this rewarding position.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a willingness to help children reach their highest levels of performance.
• Communicates effectively with treatment team members.
• Lifts up to 35lbs and performs fine and gross motor skills activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of service, quality, and growth initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling.
• Provide training and support to RBTs and BCBAs.
• Implement program curricula and prepare effectiveness reports.
• Communicate with administrative teams for records management.

Skills

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA

Experience with children ages 1-4

Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience

Education

Master's in Behavior Analysis, Psychology or Education

Tools
