Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is looking for a Clinic Director to lead a team of therapy professionals within our senior living communities. You will guide care delivery, mentor clinicians, and collaborate with community leadership to strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model, ensuring a seamless resident experience and strong outcomes.

You will stay hands-on with residents while shaping operations and strategy, driving program development and quality improvement across therapy, wellness, and medical services.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community.
