Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead community-based therapy services, mentor clinicians, and coordinate across therapy, wellness, and medical teams. You will guide daily operations, strengthen resident engagement, and partner with leaders to expand EmpowerMe 360 initiatives.

As a Clinic Director, you’ll balance hands-on care with leadership, staying connected to residents while scaling programs that improve independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience.
• Experience leading a team or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement
