Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness seeks a Clinic Director to guide care delivery in our community-based clinics. You will lead a clinical team, mentor staff, and coordinate across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience.

You will build relationships with residents, drive enrollment and engagement, and contribute to program development and quality improvement, while staying hands-on with residents and your team.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community.
