Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead therapy teams across our Colorado communities, guiding care delivery, mentoring clinicians, and strengthening the EmpowerMe 360 model to keep residents active, independent, and engaged.

You’ll partner with community leadership to drive program development, ensure high-quality resident care, and manage day-to-day clinic operations while staying hands-on with residents and your team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a professional therapy license in your discipline (PT/OT/SLP etc.).
• Proven leadership or mentorship experience.
• Strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Lead

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement
