Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead therapy teams across our senior living communities. You will guide clinicians, build trusted relationships with residents, and help deliver EmpowerMe 360 care, combining therapy, wellness, and medical services.

This full-time role offers a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus, a predictable schedule with hands-on clinical work, leadership development, and opportunity to impact resident independence and quality of life through strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit and a desire to lead in your community.
