Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead care delivery in our Chicago, IL communities. You will guide your team, build trusted relationships, and help residents stay active, independent, and supported.

Through EmpowerMe 360, you’ll coordinate therapy, wellness, and medical services to deliver high-quality care and improve outcomes. Leadership development and cross-team collaboration are core to this role.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
