Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness in Phoenix is seeking a Clinic Director who will lead a team of therapists across PT, OT, and SLP, guiding daily care, mentoring clinicians, and building trusted relationships with residents and families to ensure a high-quality, patient‑centered experience.

You’ll partner with community leadership to strengthen the EmpowerMe 360 model, coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services, and drive program development.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community.

Responsibilities
