Job summary

Golden Steps ABA in Sterling Heights, MI seeks a Clinic Director BCBA to lead program delivery for children with Autism. You will drive service quality, oversee daily operations, and mentor RBTs and BCBAs to ensure high standards of care.

The role requires a Master’s in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, and BCBA certification with a minimum of 3 years of BCBA experience. The role offers competitive PTO, health/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) with match, tuition discounts, CME

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA.
• Experience with children ages 1-4 would be preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of service, quality and growth initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations of all services, including staff and client scheduling.
• Create and maintain training and onboarding programs for new hires.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and support to the RBTs and BCBA's on ABA and programming.
• Implements and prepares program curricula and annual reports on program effectiveness.
• Provides direct services to clients and their parents when appropriate.
• Maintain communication with treatment team and manage treatment hours.
• Complete annual performance evaluations for BCBAs, BCaBAs, and ABA Supervisors.
• Coordinate with administrative teams on staff records and payer relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
