The role requires a Master’s in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, and BCBA certification with at least 3 years of experience. Expect collaboration with Admissions, Payroll, Finance, and HR to support care and growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and ABA.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of key service, quality and growth initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations of services, including staff and scheduling.
• Create and maintain training and onboarding programs for new hires.
• Provide ongoing training to RBTs and BCBAs on ABA practices and programming.
• Prepare program curricula and annual reports on program effectiveness.
• Provide direct services to clients and their parents when appropriate.
• Coordinate with administrative teams for staff and client records and payer relations.
