RET Physical Therapy in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Clinic Director to lead our outpatient clinic focusing on orthopedic care, pre/post-surgical rehab, sports injuries and neuro conditions.

You will oversee budgets, equipment, and staff, while developing physician relationships and growing patient volume in a supportive, family-like team environment.

Qualifications

• Requires DPT or OT degree and state licensure.
• Minimum 3 years of therapist experience; supervisory preferred.
• Residency training or board certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000-$105,000 annually

Location: Bellevue, Washington

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus

This position will work in a variety of orthopedic conditions including pre and post-surgical, sports related injuries, chronic pain, and lower-level neurologic problems, family-like team of therapy professionals.

Essential Functions for Clinic Director Position:

• Prepare and monitor budgets, purchase equipment and supplies, oversee maintenance of the facility
• Develop relationships with key physicians and willing to market to existing and new physicians to bring new patients to the practice.
• Build and maintain a positive team through servant leadership and with the best interest of the patients and staff in mind

Qualifications

Required Experience and Skills for Clinic Director (Physical Therapist):

• Terminal Licensed degree from accredited institution; Doctor of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy preferred
• Unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist to practice in applicable State of employment
• Three plus years experience as a therapist; supervisory experience preferred
• Completion of or enrollment in residency training preferred
• Clinical Specialist Board Certification preferred

About

Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
