Job summary

RET Physical Therapy & Healthcare Specialists in Bellevue, Washington, is seeking a full-time Clinic Director for our outpatient clinic. You will oversee a team of therapy professionals and manage orthopedic cases, post-surgical, sports injuries, and chronic pain in a family-like atmosphere.

As a licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist with 3+ years of experience and supervisory skills, you will lead budgeting, physician relations, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Occupational Therapy (OT) preferred.
• Unrestricted state licensure to practice.
• 3+ years of therapist experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Residency training completion or enrollment preferred.
• Clinical Specialist Board Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor budgets, purchase equipment and supplies, oversee maintenance of the facility.
• Develop relationships with key physicians and market to existing and new physicians to bring new patients to the practice.
• Build and maintain a positive team through servant leadership and with the best interest of the patients and staff in mind.

This position will work in a variety of orthopedic conditions including pre and post-surgical, sports related injuries, chronic pain, and lower-level neurologic problems, family-like team of therapy professionals.

Qualifications

• Terminal Licensed degree from accredited institution; Doctor of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy preferred
• Unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist to practice in applicable State of employment
• Three plus years experience as a therapist; supervisory experience preferred
• Completion of or enrollment in residency training preferred
• Clinical Specialist Board Certification preferred

About

Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
