ACCESS PT, a member of the Confluent Health family, is hiring a Clinic Director – Physical Therapist in New York. You will lead a high-impact clinic connected to Montefiore physicians, collaborating with orthopedic surgeons and building a strong clinical team.

You will oversee clinical operations, manage KPIs, recruit and develop staff, and design individualized treatment plans for an outpatient orthopedic population, delivering exceptional patient care in a modern, AI-assisted setting.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy and licensure in New York.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in New York.
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinic Management from Front Office to Clinical Operations
• Monitoring and Management of KPIs or OKRs
• Strategic Plan Implementation for Clinical Growth, Hiring, and Retention
• Reviewing patient medical history
• Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients
• Outlining clear goals for patients and expected outcomes
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain and increase mobility
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed
• Educating patients and family about the recovery process

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in New York
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting is required
• Experience treating a broad range of outpatient orthopedic conditions is required; joint replacement rehabilitation experience is preferred

About

Compensation: $110,000- $115,000+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
