Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency preferred; healthcare coordination experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling, handle last-minute changes, and communicate with staff and clients.
• Coordinate training schedules for the team.
• Oversee supply management, schedule contractors, and ensure the clinic space is clean and safe.
• Plan staff appreciation initiatives and participate in community events.
