Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in a similar administrative role.
• Experience with AHCCCS/DDD or insurance funding preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist program leaders in maintaining optimal client enrollment.
• Coordinate daily schedule changes to avoid gaps in services.
• Arrange room assignments for clients and communicate with staff.
• Maintain up-to-date appointment information in practice management systems.
• Work with the supervisor to monitor and optimize authorization utilization.
• Attend meetings to plan for scheduling, utilization, and onboarding.
