Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to be the face of the clinic, coordinating staff and client appointments and onboarding new clients. You will manage schedules, communicate changes, and support daily clinic operations with a focus on accuracy and timely service.

The role requires strong organizational skills, HIPAA knowledge, and excellent communication. Minimal travel, on-site in Missouri, with opportunities to assist multiple centers as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of comparable experience in medical or therapeutic settings preferred.
• Administrative or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with HIPAA privacy and security guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff and client appointments, track variances and changes.
• Record cancellations, reschedules, and leave to ensure treatment hours are met.
• Greet clients, answer phones, and route inquiries to appropriate teams.
• Coordinate onboarding with Intake and support center operations.
• Support center operations, logistics, cleanliness, and supply management.
