Job summary

Arizona Autism United is seeking a careful and motivated Service Coordinator to join our Chandler team. You will manage scheduling for ABA/communication services, onboard new clients, and ensure smooth clinic operations with a focus on accuracy and responsiveness.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, staff, and departments, requiring strong organization, communication, and attention to detail. Full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• GED required; College degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in a similar administrative role.
• Experience with funding sources (AHCCCS/DDD/insurance) preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• Must pass fingerprint clearance and other hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and onboard clients for Augmentative and Alternative Communication Services.
• Process referrals and maintain up-to-date appointment information.
• Coordinate staff and client onboarding and general clinic operations.
• Provide high quality customer service and resolve scheduling challenges.
• Support clinic front desk duties when needed.
