Job summary

Cowlitz Indian Tribe is hiring a Concierge/Security Guard at the Vancouver, WA clinic to protect patients and staff while delivering courteous service. You will greet visitors, patrol the building exterior and lobby, and help diffuse tense situations with professionalism.

The role requires English and Spanish language skills, a High School Diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred), and basic computer skills, with a Monday–Friday schedule and an hourly wage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in security is a plus.
• English and Spanish language skills are desired.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the clinic property and enforce policy and safety.
• Assist with patient check-in and front office coverage as needed.
• Observe, report, and respond to unusual or unsafe conditions; document incidents.
• Provide back-up to staff as needed and report to Clinic Director.
• Control crowds and coordinate with local authorities when required.
