Responsibilities include staff recruitment, performance coaching, and coordinating daily activities across front and back-office teams to maintain efficiency and quality patient access.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED with 3+ years of progressive supervisory experience in healthcare or AA degree with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Foundational leadership experience in healthcare settings.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple sites.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior dental experience is preferred for positions supporting a dental clinic.

Responsibilities

• Leads recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinic staff.
• Supervises front-office and back-office teams to ensure efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
• Oversees ordering and inventory processes for site supplies.
• Coordinates with clinical leadership to optimize service integration.
