Shasta Community Health Center in Anderson, CA, seeks a Center Manager to oversee day-to-day clinic operations and supervise staff, delivering outstanding experiences for patients and providers.

You will implement procedures, coordinate with the Dental Director and COO, monitor budgets and billing, and promote a culture of accountability and high-quality customer service.

This role requires leadership, strong EHR skills, and a commitment to the PCMH model within a full-time setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to take directions and complete tasks on time.
• Good organizational skills.
• Strong EHR navigation and report extrapolation experience.
• Understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Experience with Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, delegates, and oversees day-to-day clinic operations.
• Manage front desk coordination and patient intake.
• Ensure clinic operates smoothly during all hours of business.
• Update clinic materials with the Dental Director and Chief Operations Officer.
• Provide supervision and training for clinic staff.
• Assist in recruitment of clinic staff.
• Foster a team atmosphere aligned with the PCMH model.
• Maintain mission, vision, and values in daily work.
• Ensure productivity and meet quality indicators and objectives.
• Monitor finance/billing processes and data submission.
• Lead staff to meet budgetary and financial goals.
• Attend clinic meetings and participate in committees.
• Ensure staffing levels meet defined ratios and adjust as needed.
