Comprehensive Community Health Centers, Inc. in Bell, California, seeks a Clinic Manager to oversee daily medical practice operations, personnel, and finances. You will plan programs, assign duties, and ensure compliance with billing standards while maintaining service quality.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a medical setting with supervisory experience and a strong background in budgeting, quality improvement, and leadership. This full-time role requires readiness to travel as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from junior college or an accredited University is a plus.
• Minimum of three to five years of work experience, with increased responsibility, in a medical environment.
• Minimum of one year of experience supervising staff.

Responsabilidades

• Manages daily operations of the medical practice including personnel, financial, clerical, housekeeping, and maintenance functions.
• Plans programs, allocates and assigns duties to employees; reviews records for compliance and billing requirements.
• Monitors activities to ensure the practice meets its objectives.
• Leads staff meetings, conducts performance reviews, and coordinates with HR on personnel actions.
• Ensures office is opened/closed per protocol and manages revenue/payers.
